This is a new GM Crash / Dash Pad for your Camaro, Z28, SS, RS, Firebird, Ram Air, Trans Am, Formula or Firehawk .  This picture is for reference only!  This is the piece that fits against your windshield and sits on top of your dash. 93-96 Firebird Dash Pad will work in 97-02 Firebirds. The defrost vent is different, it also does not have the hole for the red alarm light.
